Tri-logis Entrepôts

Did reservation online , day of check in didn’t receive check in info so I called & to my surprise the booking was for the next night , the gentleman that I spoke with said no problem he could book me in for this evening & he would cancel the next night booking & send me confirmation the next day, next day came, no confirmation of cancellation so I phoned again this time a woman told me that yes there is a reservation for that evening & that she would cancel with sending me confirmation the next day again , next day came still no confirmation or email , I did stay at tri-logis in Rouyn Noranda a few times with not the best experiences always downtown with no parking with not so nice people walking around at night , defiantly not your friendliest neighborhood & in each place I stayed the smell of the places were not the greatest, I’m not giving a bad review because I’m upset they ripped me off one night & did stay there a few times with after each time I sid to myself well maybe the next place will be better, well it wasn’t so , don’t take my word for it experience it for yourself customer service don’t care
